Birmingham City Ladies FC Squad

Birmingham City Ladies FC are proud to announce their squad which will take part in the The FA WSL next year.

Inclusion in the 8 team line up in The FA WSL signalled the dawn of a new era for ‘the blues’ who are relishing the opportunity to make history as women’s football in England takes a giant step forward.

The club are looking forward to competing against all 7 clubs in what promises to be an exciting season ahead for everyone.

Club Chairman, Steve Shipway, says ‘we have been working tirelessly over the past 6 months to bring this talented group of players together. We aim to bring a brand of football to the league that will bring success and supporters will enjoy watching. With this squad and other developments, there is a real sense of eager anticipation at the club ahead of the forthcoming season.’

The club, and squad are now preparing for the pre-season training phase which will start in earnest in January 2011.
