Blues back in training

The Blues were back in training this week in preparation for an exciting season ahead.

The players took on a full day of fitness testing, conditioning, meetings and training at Birmingham University on Sunday before players head off this week for the England training camp in La Manga.

Everyone is looking forward to plenty of training as we build up to our first game in the FA Cup (5th round) on 11th March 2012.
